Stratford Preparatory School have appointed a new Headteacher, Mr Daniel Brewer, to join the SPS community from September 2024.
Mr Brewer has been appointed further to a rigorous selection process and is currently a Senior Leadership team member at Arnold Lodge School. Alongside Mr Brewer’s experience as Assistant Head at Arnold Lodge, he has also held roles such as Head of STEM and has previously worked in a variety of positions at Alcester Grammar School, bringing an excellent understanding of the 11+ process and what is required to succeed in the Grammar system.
Mr Brewer is committed to the shared values of hard work, honesty and kindness at Stratford Prep. Mr Brewer’s vision for the future of the school, his energy and personal values make him an excellent fit to be the new Headteacher.
Prior to teaching, Mr Brewer has extensive experience of working in industry in Pharmaceutical Sales before training as a Biology Teacher at Warwick University. Outside of school, Mr Brewer is a Trustee of the 2nd Warwick Sea Scout Group and enjoys time with family on the weekend.
Though Mr Brewer will take up post full time from September 2024, he will undertake the role of Head of School (Designate) with immediate effect and will be on site each week to get to know the children, staff and parent community to have a smooth introduction to the school.
